The Application is operated by NANDAN C (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider"). 1. Information Collection and Use

To provide a highly personalized and effective experience, the Application collects both user-provided and automatically generated information. This comprehensively discloses how the Application collects and uses your data:

• Account & Identity Data: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Date of Birth, Gender, and Current City/Location.
• Professional & Educational Data: Education History, Employment/Internship History, and Social Media Profiles necessary for resume structuring.
• Assessment & Usage Data: Responses submitted during psychometric testing, coding practice assessments, and mock interviews.
• Device & Analytics Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile operating system, pages visited, time and date of visit, and session duration.

2. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

The Application heavily integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) to deliver its core features. User data (such as professional history and assessment responses) is processed by AI algorithms to:

• Generate, format, and optimize personalized resumes.
• Evaluate coding practice submissions and psychometric test results.
• Analyze and provide feedback on mock interviews.

All AI processing is conducted securely to enhance user outcomes and is not used to train third-party foundational models without explicit anonymization and consent.

3. Third-Party Access and Data Sharing

The Service Provider does not sell your personal data. Data is only shared with trusted third parties under the following conditions:

• Service Providers: For cloud hosting, secure database management, and authentication services required to operate the Application.
• Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized data is used to improve platform stability and user experience.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law, such as complying with a legal process, protecting user safety, investigating fraud, or responding to government requests.

4. Your Rights (Including Indian DPDP Act Compliance)

Under applicable laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you (the Data Principal) possess the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access: Request a summary of the personal data being processed.
• Right to Correction: Request updates, corrections, or completion of inaccurate data.
• Right to Erasure: Request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer required for its original purpose.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Opt-out of non-essential data processing without affecting the legality of prior processing.

• Assessment Data: Mock interview and coding practice data are retained to allow you to track historical progress but can be deleted upon request.

Account Deletion: You may request complete account and data deletion at any time by emailing nandan.greenresumes@gmail.com. Deletion requests are processed within the timeframes required by applicable law.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application is intended for young professionals and students. It is not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

7. Security Practices

The Service Provider utilizes robust physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, including secure cloud databases, to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
